2. Product Description & Variations​

• All cupcake bouquets are handmade and decorated individually.

• Colours, shades, and floral designs may vary slightly from images shown online due to the nature of food colouring, piping techniques, and lighting.

• Pure vanilla is used in our recipes, which naturally results in whites appearing as an off-white or cream tone. This is not considered a defect.

• Customers are welcome to provide inspiration photos when placing an order. These will be used for inspiration only and not for exact replication.

• All buttercream flowers are hand-piped, which means designs may vary, and an exact match to a reference photo, previous order, or customer vision cannot be guaranteed.

• Each bouquet is unique, and creative discretion will be applied to achieve the best possible result.

3. Allergies & Dietary Information

• I operate as a home-based business, not in an allergen-free kitchen.

• Although gluten-free and vegan options are available, cross-contact with allergens (including wheat, gluten, nuts, soy, dairy, and eggs) cannot be guaranteed.

• Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and understand that consumption is at their own risk.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform recipients of any potential allergen risks.

 

4. Ordering & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your order and secure your time slot.

• All sales are final. No refunds, changes, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.

 

5. Collection & Pick-Up Policy

• Orders must be collected within the 30-minute pick-up window agreed upon at the time of booking.

• If the customer misses the pick-up window, collection will need to occur at a later time convenient for the business. This may result in collection on a different day.

• Once collected, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

 

Third-Party Pick-Ups (Uber, Couriers, Friends/Family):

• If you choose to send a third party (such as Uber, a delivery service, or someone on your behalf) to collect your order, please note:

  • Responsibility transfers to you as soon as the order is handed over.

  • Toronto Cupcake Bouquets is not liable for delays, damage, handling, or quality issues once the order leaves the premises with a third party.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their driver/courier can safely transport the order.

 

6. Care Instructions

• Cupcakes are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of pick-up.

• Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Do not refrigerate, as this may affect the cupcakes, cakes and buttercream’s texture and appearance.

 

7. Liability

• Toronto Cupcake Bouquets is not responsible for damage, melting, storage issues, or quality concerns once the order has left the premises or if the order is not collected within the scheduled pick-up window.

8. Photography, Social Media & Marketing Use

• I reserve the right to photograph my products for promotional use on social media and my website. I will never share personal customer details.

Business Use of Photos:

• Toronto Cupcake Bouquets reserves the right to photograph all products created, including custom orders, and use these images for marketing, portfolio displays, website content, and social media promotion.

• These photos may be taken before or after collection and may be posted without notice.

• Customer names, contact details, and private order information will never be shared publicly.

Customer Use of Photos:

• Customers are welcome to share photographs of their orders on personal or business social media accounts.

• Credit/tagging Toronto Cupcake Bouquets when sharing is appreciated but not required.

• Customers may not claim product images as their own creations or use them for resale, advertising, or commercial purposes without express written permission from Toronto Cupcake Bouquets.

9. Updates to Terms

• Toronto Cupcake Bouquets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will apply to all orders.
